I was pleasantly surprised by the airport shuttle and the helpful staff who saved me from the dreadful task of carrying my own luggage. Breakfast was divine and the hotel's location allowed me to explore the charming city with ease.

Who needs an elevator? Climbing up to my room on the 5th floor with my heavy baggage was the perfect workout, really.

I chose British Club for its central location, as it was close to the Lviv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary continental breakfast served daily at 8 AM.

The air-conditioned rooms were really comfortable, with flat-screen TVs and all the amenities I needed. It felt like a home away from home!

Personally, I found the private entrance a bit inconvenient. But I understand that some guests might prefer it for added privacy.

The 24-hour room service was convenient, especially when the kids needed a quick snack or a late-night bottle. The conference space was also helpful for our business needs while on vacation. the hotel catered to all our family requirements, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

My wife says that the children's club could have more variety of activities for older kids.

The breakfast was decent and the room was spacious. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.

Our stay over Easter was not very pleasant. There was a lot of noise from other guests and the walls were very thin.

We arrived early and the receptionist allowed us to check-in immediately. The room was amazing and the breakfast was fresh. The receptionist even ordered us a taxi and provided sandwiches and coffee for our early check-out. Highly recommended for visitors to this lovely city.

british club exceeded my expectations with clean and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly multilingual staff. it was my favorite place to stay during my 2-month stay in ukraine. the spacious apartment, comfortable bed, and great shower added to the overall comfort. the location was perfect, close to the center and with a nice view of the city. i loved walking around lviv.
